Bellingham Bar and Grill is the ultimate college night club. As account manager, coordinator, and content creator, I prioritized developing personas of the characters who make the experience memorable, while keeping shareable content at the forefront of my strategy.

Code words!! College kids are always looking for hot deals. Every month, those who were interested in earning a little discount on their drink could say a short phrase to the bartender Mo (often being a play on his name) and get a markdown. Code words playing off his name teaches people in the area about who he his, building his presence in the area while simultaneously creating content that is shareable.

STREET TEAM

As much as I love making videos with Mo, there’s so much more to the experience that makes it memorable. In order to add some more life to the feed, we expanded the marketing program to volunteers, birthing the BBG Street Team. Lead by me, we met up as a group to film content during the action.
